Conference Held to Honor David Brakke
More than two dozen scholars from all over the country (and England) convened at LSU from Feb. 15 to 17th, to celebrate Prof. David Brakke at a conference in his honor. The "New Approaches to Asceticism in Late Antiquity" conference was attended by colleagues and doctoral students whom he has mentored and was co-sponsored by faculty from LSU and Michigan.
