Congratulations to Corey Khan!

Congrats to Corey Khan on receiving a Fulbright Award, graduating from Ohio State & being accepted at Yale!

Corey says, "I will be graduating this May from Ohio State after four great years as a history major. The ending of my undergraduate years has been bittersweet— but I am grateful for two incredible opportunities that I have received: a Fulbright award to teach and carry out community projects in Slovakia for a year and admission to Yale Law School. I have deferred my start at Yale for a year in order to complete the Fulbright. In Slovakia, my primary role will be teaching American history, American studies, and English in a Slovak high school. I will also be assisting the U.S. Embassy in Slovakia with putting on presentations on American culture and history, and working with Slovak students interested in learning or researching at universities in the United States. There will also be a number of Fulbright events for grantees in Slovakia, and in Europe generally, throughout the year— and this year there will be more than usual, since it is the 75th anniversary of Fulbright. After this experience, I am looking forward to attending Yale Law School; there are so many areas of the law that interest me— constitutional law, international law, corporate law, technology and the law, and legal academia— and I am excited to explore them as a law student!"
