Congratulations to Ohio State History Alum Dylan Cahn who won Non-commercial Cidermaker of the Year at the Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition (GLINTCAP) 2021. He also won 9 gold medals, 29 silver medals, and 13 bronze medals. From that, he was awarded the grand prize. He began cidermaking and discovering cider history during his research year spent abroad in the UK. It is one of the main career paths he is pursuing after graduating.
