Congratulations to Svetlana Ter-Grigoryan on accepting a job offer from Ohio History Connection to be a Community Engagement Coordinator for the Marking Diverse Ohio grant. In this role, she will be leading the effort to document and recognize LGBTQ+ histories and historical sites throughout Ohio.

Svetlana successfully defended her dissertation in December 2022 and is graduating in May 2023. Her dissertation was entitled, "'There is No Sex in the USSR:' Sex, Soviet Identity & Glasnost, 1986-1991." Find out more about Svetlana's research.
