Digital History

Graduate seminar on digital history, focusing on data/text analytics, mapping, network analysis and visualization. Introduces ways in which digital technologies are impacting the history discipline and changing practices, from the collection and preservation of primary sources, to the analysis of those documents with the aid of algorithms, to the representation of the past through digital means. Prereq: Grad standing.
