Join the Kirwan Institute for a fireside chat with Dr. Ray Block (Pennsylvania State University), part of the the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity Forum Series and co-sponsored by C-SPAM.
Democracy, Trust, and the Information Ecosystem will explore how people make sense of politics and public life in a rapidly changing information environment. The conversation will examine trust, misinformation, polarization, and the ways institutions and citizens respond to a fragmented media landscape. Drawing on research about the information ecosystem, the discussion will also consider what these trends mean for democratic life, civic participation, and the future of public discourse.
Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served
