Jen handles scheduling and curriculum matters for the department. As the department's scheduling contact, she works with faculty on preparing the annual course teaching schedule, and then creates and monitors the schedule throughout the academic year. She also serves as a point of contact for History lecturers. As the department liaison with ASC Curriculum, she prepares and monitors all Curriculum submissions, including new course requests, General Education submissions, Distance Learning approvals, and new/revised programs.  In addition to her scheduling and curriculum duties, she handles room reservations, orders desk copies, and can assist with questions around teaching logistics.
