Edge Effects - Edge Effects is a digital magazine produced by graduate students at the Center for Culture, History, and Environment (CHE), which is part of the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies. It was founded in 2014.

Water History - Water History aims to foster historical understanding of the relationship between water and humankind. The journal spans disciplines to illuminate the complex processes that have shaped water resource use and reveal interrelated historical contingencies and precedents.

Mershon Center - The Mershon Center cultivates innovative research and engagement at the intersections of international, national, and human security challenges. It convenes faculty and students from the full range of disciplines involved analytically and/or practically with diplomacy, conflict, peacemaking, governance, and cooperative problem-solving, along with practitioners and policymakers in these fields.

Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society - The Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society (RCC) is an international research center dedicated to the study of environment and society from a wealth of different disciplines and international perspectives.

Sustainability Institute at Ohio State - The Sustainability Institute collaborates with academic and operations units across the university to advance sustainability and resilience scholarship and activities. We aim to establish Ohio State as a leader in sustainability research and applications; educate and empower students; accelerate campus sustainability and living lab opportunities; grow resources to support these efforts; and catalyze a culture of sustainability.

The Greenhouse – Center for Environmental Humanities - The Greenhouse is an environmental humanities research center at the University of Stavanger. It supports a growing community of academics who use history, literature, media, religion, philosophy and art to understand how people relate to nature and the environment. As an intellectual meeting place, we want to create connections between academics, museums, special interest groups and the public who are interested in environmental issues.

The Network for the Environment in Medieval Usages & Societies (NEMUS) is a digital platform with the aim of facilitating communication and interdisciplinary collaboration among medieval scholars of the environment in any field of study, and to showcase related initiatives. 

Umwelt Center for Germanic Studies & Environmental Humanities - The Umwelt Center is an international research center dedicated to exploring the intersections of Environmental Humanities with Germanic Studies, while forging connections to a variety of disciplines and perspectives. In addition to German, current affiliated faculty have expertise in Scandinavian languages, Yiddish, Afrikaans, and multilingualism.
