Michael Corsi's research focuses on the production of scientific knowledge in nineteenth- and twentieth-century Russia, with particular attention to the growth of the natural sciences and Russian scientific networks in Europe, North America, and East Asia. His research is based on fieldwork in archives in the US, Europe, and Russia, and he has published his findings in both English and Russian.
