 A lecture by Lisa Lindsay, Bowman and Gordon Gray Distinguished Term Professor, Chair, Department of History, University of North Carolina. Prof. Lindsay is author of Atlantic Bonds: A Nineteenth Century Odyssey from America to Africa (2017) and Working Gender:  Wage Labor and Social Change in Southwestern Nigeria (2003).
