Serves as the Fiscal, HR and Administrative Manager for the Department of History. Manages all budgets and financial functions for the department and monitors the financial status of departmental funds. Works closely with the Chair and the College regarding the annual operating budget. Represents the department to other administrators and outside agencies. Leads HR activity for the department, including developing position descriptions, assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff and initiating compensation and classification requests. Serves as building and equipment coordinator.
