Zack Matusheski Researches at Univ. of Oklahoma Archives

Zack Matusheski

Zack Matusheski recently took a research trip to the University of Oklahoma's Western History Collection. He says, "I worked on Patrick J. Hurley's papers. Dwight Eisenhower served Hurley in the early 1930s. Later Hurley served as ambassador to China towards the end of World War II. Review of Hurley's papers has provided insight on Eisenhower and 20th century U.S. foreign policy toward East Asia, the subject of my book project. The research room itself was really beautiful."
